No experience is needed. Tara guides you step-by-step in a grounded, trauma-informed way so it feels accessible, safe, and supportive.
A replay is typically available for 7 days after the session, so you can participate at a pace that works for your nervous system.
Yes — the Nervous System Reset Lab is built on trauma-informed principles and is well-suited for anxiety, chronic stress, and complex relational or developmental trauma. The practice is paced, choice-based, and focused on regulation and education.
Please note: this program isn’t designed for acute crisis, active suicidality, or unmanaged psychosis. If that’s your current experience, we recommend working with a registered professional for individualized support.
