Refund & Cancellation Policy – NSR Lab

1. Who We Are

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the Nervous System Reset Lab (“NSR Lab”), an online live group experience offered by Tara Rinke Counselling (operating as WithinBreath), based on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada.

2. What the NSR Lab Is

  • The NSR Lab is a 60-minute live online group session that combines:

    • therapeutic-style breathwork, and

    • nervous system education and guided reflection.

  • It is delivered live via video call.

  • Where recordings are made and offered, a recording of the relevant NSR Lab session will be provided within 7 days of the NSR Lab week.

  • When you join the NSR Lab, you will be added to our email community so we can send reminders, follow-up resources, and relevant information.

The NSR Lab is educational and experiential in nature. It is not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or crisis care.


3. Pricing

  • Current price for one NSR Lab ticket is CAD $27.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time for future Labs. Any changes will not affect bookings you have already completed.


4. Refund Policy

Because the NSR Lab is a live, time-bound experience with limited spots, our general policy is:

  • No refunds are offered for NSR Lab bookings.

Exceptions / lenient provisions (at our discretion):

  • If you experience a technical issue on our side that prevents you from joining, or a clear duplicate payment is made, please email [email protected] within 7 days and we will review your case.

  • In rare and compassionate circumstances (for example, a medical emergency), we may offer a credit toward a future NSR Lab, at our sole discretion.


5. Rescheduling & Credits

We want this to feel as supportive as possible while still having clear boundaries.

  • You may reschedule your NSR Lab booking to a future Lab date if you contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled Lab start time.

  • To request a reschedule, email [email protected] with:

    • Your full name

    • The email used for booking

    • The date/time of the Lab you booked

  • If a future NSR Lab date is already published on the site when you contact us, we will do our best to move your booking to one of the available dates.

If you contact us less than 24 hours before the Lab:

  • We cannot guarantee rescheduling or credit.

  • We may still, at our discretion, offer a one-time credit toward a future NSR Lab, but this is not guaranteed.


6. No-Show Policy

If you do not attend the NSR Lab you registered for and:

  • you did not email us at least 24 hours in advance to request a reschedule, and

  • the Lab went ahead as planned,

then:

  • your booking will be considered a used ticket, and

  • no refund or automatic credit will be provided.

You can still email us at [email protected] to explain your situation; any credit offered will be at our sole discretion.


7. How to Request a Change

For any questions about rescheduling, credits, or issues with payment:

  • Subject line suggestion: “NSR Lab – Reschedule / Refund Request”

Please include your name, email used at checkout, and the date/time of your Lab so we can find your booking quickly.


8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of the page. Continued use of our website and services after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
