

I arrived buzzing with anxiety and a knot in my chest. By the end of the Lab, my whole body felt heavier in the best way – like I could finally land and rest.
I’m usually the one holding everything together. During this session, I actually felt safe enough to soften. My nervous system finally felt less “wrong” and more understood.
I’ve done a lot of mindset work, but my body was still on high alert. The breath sequence Tara shared has become part of my night routine – I actually sleep through now.
I logged in resentful and depleted, and logged out feeling grounded and strangely hopeful. The shift was subtle but very real in my body.
